& 160;Don't you just hate it when you go down to the local shopping market and the checkout assistant is all screw faced and you can barely get a smile out of her? It makes you want to shop elsewhere doesn't it? Well, in the Internet business you've to go that extra mile to show that you care for your customers and potential clients because you can be sat behind you computer smiling your little behind off, and the only way your customers will ever know that is with action to demonstrate the fact that you're happy to connect with them.

Be personal in your marketing, don't let websites and auto responders get in the way of your connection with the people, we've plenty of tools at our disposal but don't at any cost let those tools detract from the relationships you could and should be creating with your clients. Use video and media to connect whenever you can with your customer base, be honest and approachable in your business. Your main aim is to make profits and your profits will increase as your connection with the marketplace does, if you cannot take the time to really connect with the market then you really should not be in business.

If your business isn't honest enough for you to step out and share your time with your target market then maybe you have to reconsider the direction in which your business is going, because I know for sure at all times that you can make better conversions and more profits if you just open your soul a little to your potential clients.
